Semi-Private Training

Small groups, real coaching, group energy — and a program that is still yours alone.

What it is

You train with two to four other people, but this is not a class. Everyone in the room is on their own program, written around their own goals, and I'm coaching all of it in real time. Between sessions, your workouts and nutrition tracking live in the Trainerize app.

What's included

  • A program built around your goals, not a template
  • Coaching in the room — form, load, and pacing
  • Nutrition tracking through the Trainerize app
  • Take-home and travel workouts between sessions
  • Unlimited self-guided workouts in the app

Good fit if you…

  • You want hands-on coaching without training on your own

  • You train harder with other people in the room

  • You're newer to lifting and want eyes on your form

  • You run, hike, or play a sport and want to stop getting hurt

Not sure this is the one? Tell me your goal and I'll point you at the format that fits — even if that's not this one.

Program options

Every option includes the same programming, coaching, and app access. The difference is how much of me you get each week.

Start with a paid strategy session

Your first visit is a paid strategy session — a short assessment workout on the floor, a conversation about your goals, and my honest recommendation for how we should work together. Message me with your goals and your availability, and I'll tell you what it costs, set the time, and sort out payment with you directly. If semi-private is not the right fit, I will tell you.

In-person training starts with a paid consultation, arranged between us rather than on the site. Send me a message and we'll fix the time, the cost, and the payment together.

Questions

What's the difference between semi-private and 1-on-1?
Both give you a fully personalized program and the same Trainerize accountability. In semi-private you train alongside two to four other clients, each on their own plan — real coaching, with the energy of a room training together. In 1-on-1, my attention is on you alone for the full session.
Do I need experience to join a semi-private session?
No. Your program is built around where you are right now, whether you're brand new to structured training or picking it back up after time off.
