One-on-One Personal Training

My full attention, every rep, every session.

What it is

One-on-one is the same personalized program and Trainerize accountability as semi-private, with nobody else in the session. I adjust your form, load, and pacing as you train, and if something hurts we change it that day — not next week.

What's included

  • A program designed around one person — you
  • Real-time form correction for every set
  • Nutrition tracking through the Trainerize app
  • Take-home and travel workouts between sessions
  • Unlimited self-guided workouts in the app

Good fit if you…

  • You're training around an injury, or a history of them

  • You have a race, a season, or an event on the calendar

  • You want your technique coached closely, not glanced at

  • You'd simply rather not train in a group

Not sure this is the one? Tell me your goal and I'll point you at the format that fits — even if it's a cheaper one.

Pricing

Every tier includes the same programming, coaching, and app access. The difference is how much of me you get each week.

Prices are subject to applicable taxes. Terms and conditions apply.

Start with a $127 strategy session

Your first visit is a $127 strategy session — a short assessment workout, a conversation about your goals and injury history, and my honest recommendation for how often we should train together. Like all in-person training, this first session is paid — message me with your goals and your availability, and I'll set the time and sort out payment with you directly.

In-person training starts with the $127 consultation. There's no online payment on the site yet, so send me a message and we'll fix the time and the payment between us.

Questions

Is 1-on-1 worth the extra cost over semi-private?
If you are managing an injury, training for a specific sport or event, or you want every minute of the session on you, 1-on-1 gives me room to adjust form, pacing, and programming in real time in a way a group setting cannot match.
What does a typical session look like?
We follow your individualized program — I coach form, adjust intensity on the spot, and track progress against your goals. No waiting your turn, no shared attention.
